The outpost size determines reward sources.

* **Small**: mining operation
* **Medium**: mining operations, ecosystem fees
* **Large**: mining operations, ecosystem fees, all project royalties

Every outpost earns rewards, but where the outpost is located will determine the rewards multiplier. The more rare and exotic the location, the greater the reward multiplier!

| Pinnacle Perch       | Epic      | 1.9x       |
| Baldo's Bog          | Mystical  | 2x         |
| Lavalode Peaks       | Legendary | 2.2        |

The outposts' faction determines which character collection can be used to fortify it. For example, a Derp Ape outpost can be fortified using Derp Ape character NFTs.
